At Miss Nori, we want you to love your new look, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original Miss Nori tags and labels are still attached.

Ship It Back

Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Once our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
